All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

✔️ Shipping Locations
We ship across India, covering metro cities and tier-2/tier-3 locations.

✔️ Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Delivery: ₹100 – ₹500 (depending on order size and location)

• Express Delivery (Optional): ₹500 – ₹1000
  Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.

✔️ Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Express delivery takes 2–5 business days.

✔️ Eco Packaging
All orders are shipped in eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging to minimize environmental impact.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our eco-friendly products. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your order, please read the following guidelines:

✔️ Return Period
Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

✔️ Conditions for Return/Exchange

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

✔️ Non-Returnable Items

• Customized products

• Perishable items (organic toiletries, etc.)

• Products damaged due to misuse or customer fault

✔️ Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

✔️ Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a full refund (minus shipping cost) will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
